Alistair Johnson from DEFRA, attended the recent report launch, Delivering Environmental Net Gain report where he introduced the new Enabling a Natural Capital Approach tool (ENCA). The online tool is intended to help policy makers, businesses, landowners and public sector organizations make better planning decisions in order to protect and to boost natural capital.
