HR FORUM

The HR forum meetings bring members together to formulate new ideas for the sector and help shape EIC’s activities in this area. 

This group is chaired by Sarah Draper , Head of People & Culture at Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) and the vice chair is Fiona Williams, HR Director of Buro Happold. 

The October theme is Neurodiversity, featuring Richard Wood, Senior HR Business Partner from Hoare Lee. 

The forum offers an opportunity to partner with likeminded HR practitioners to share industry insight, knowledge and experience while providing the practical support to promote best practice. Offering a great opportunity to increase engagement between peers and members' own HR networks, attendees will be up-to-date with legislation and have the space to debate its relevance and the impact on their own business.

Members include representatives of the following ACE and EIC member companies: Acies, Arcadis, BCal, BWB Consulting, Clancy Consulting,Cundall, Pick Everard, Hoare Lea, IMC, Max Fordham, Mott MacDonald, David Narro, Roughton, Stantec, Troup Bywaters + Anders, Waterman and Robert West.
