WELLBEING WORKSHOP:
BUILDING RESILIENCE
WELLBEING WORKSHOP: BUILDING RESILIENCE
EIC and Accelerator have developed a practical programme across two exclusive workshops.
Filled on a first come, first served basis, the intimate workshops will provide attendees with a number of new approaches to help them devise impactful wellbeing strategies for themselves and, of course, their organisations. Thanks to EIC's partnership with Accelerator, these workshop sessions are totally free – offering a saving of more than £500 per person – and are open to anyone working for an EIC member.
The first session takes place on Monday 11 October 2021 at 12pm and explores how best to actively build resilience. While the pandemic pushed many of us outside of our natural comfort zones and revealed our own increased resilience, there are a series of coping measures, which can be taught, that will help us to do the same.
Joining EIC's Claire Clifford will be award-winning trainers Nina Mann and Steve Farmer from Accelerator.

Following this workshop, the second session, Keep Calm & Carry On takes place on Wednesday 3 November 2021. Coinciding with National Stress Awareness Day, the event will ask what is stress, identify bad habits to cope with stress, and how to asses levels with the ‘Accelerator Stress Jar’.
