EIC and sister organisation ACE have co-produced an exclusive member-only guide to COP26.
Exploring what the conference is aiming to achieve, the politics around the event and why your business should take note, the guide forms part of our approach to COP26 in helping members digest the major international climate conference.
Whether you are attending in person, or streaming events at home or in the office, we have highlighted the key conference sessions to be aware of, as well as fringe events, such as the UK’s Green Building Council’s Build Better Now.
Members will be particularly interested in the Construction Leadership Council’s (CLC) event on the built environment which takes place on 11 November at 9:30am.
The guide, which has been produced for both EIC and ACE members, also outlines upcoming events from EIC, ACE and Infrastructure Intelligence.
Commenting on its launch, EIC's Director of Policy Matthew Farrow said: “The noise and bluster surrounding the conference is such that it can be tricky to know where to start. Our guide has been designed help members make the most of the week and outlines some of the key events to be aware of in the calendar, as well as fringe opportunities.”
Matthew Farrow has also penned a blog exploring the international political dimension to the discussions, while Dr Sarah Prichard has explored the business opportunities that our move to Net Zero might create in her own blog.
