Owing to planned rail strikes by the RMT on the original date of the Consultancy and Engineering Awards, EIC has taken the decision to postpone the ceremony to Thursday 19 January 2023.  

The RMT announced a series of strikes last week with disruption expected on the national rail network and across London’s overground and underground on the original date of the awards.

All original tickets remain valid for the new date of Thursday 19 January 2023. If you are now unable to attend the rearranged date, please contact Madeleine at EIC who can arrange to transfer your ticket to a colleague.

The awards, which return as an in-person ceremony following last year’s online event, celebrate the outstanding achievements of our industry and champion the best people, projects and companies from the world of the built environment. The ceremony takes place in the same venue, the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.

For those who missed out on the original window, tickets are still available, with discounts for EIC members and those who purchase a table.

Commenting on the change, Ian Parker, group commercial director at EIC, said: “The disruption to the transport network leave us with no option than to postpone. I hope all attendees will understand that this decision was not taken lightly and are now looking forward to celebrating the best the industry has to offer with you on Thursday 19 January 2023.”
