BUILDING INCLUSIVITY 2023: LEADING GENDER EQUALITY
The cross-industry ED&I campaign, Building Inclusivity returns with a series of online roundtables in 2023 exploring overcoming the ageism, disability, gender, and socio-economic barriers to more welcoming workplaces.
The online events, which in the spirit of the campaign are open to all – members and non-members alike – will bring together subject matter experts and lived experiences from across the membership base.
'Leading Gender Equality' explores gender in the workplace and how we can overcome unconscious and conscious bias against women. With a disproportionately low proportion of women entering STEM subjects at school, this webinar will also feature the positive campaigns and examples of encouraging more women into our sector.
Joining your host, EIC’s director of people, culture and skills Claire Clifford is June Potts, Founder and Director of Menopause 360, and Michelle Russell, who is Head of Workplace Analytics at NSAR.
In an informal setting, the roundtables are intended to inform and inspire, allowing people/HR professionals, business leaders and team managers to take positive steps towards improving inclusivity in their own organisations.
