ONLINE ROUNDTABLE

The cross-industry ED&I campaign, Building Inclusivity returns with a series of online roundtables in 2023 exploring overcoming the ageism, disability, gender, and socio-economic barriers to more welcoming workplaces.  

The online events, which in the spirit of the campaign are open to all – members and non-members alike – will bring together subject matter experts and lived experiences from across the membership base. 

Embracing social mobility explores how we can encourage a more socio-economically diverse workforce in our sector. This webinar will also feature positive campaigns and practical examples of encouraging companies to hire from across the social spectrum.  

Joining your host, EIC’s director of people, culture and skills Claire Clifford will be a panel of soon to be announced experts.  

In an informal setting, the roundtables are intended to inform and inspire, allowing people/HR professionals, business leaders and team managers to take positive steps towards improving inclusivity in their own organisations.
